Job Description

Job Title: TGT Hindi (Trained Graduate Teacher Hindi)Responsibilities:

Teaching:

Teach Hindi to students of middle or secondary classes. Prepare and deliver lessons to help students improve their language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Classroom Management:

Create a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Maintain student interest and encourage participation during lessons.

Student Assessment:

Conduct tests and assessments to track student progress. Provide feedback to students and help them improve their language skills.

Curriculum Development:

Plan and design lesson plans based on the school's curriculum. Incorporate different teaching methods, including storytelling, role-playing, and multimedia tools, to make learning fun and effective.

Parent Communication:

Communicate with parents about their child's progress and areas for improvement. Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.

Extra-Curricular Activities:

Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related activities like debates, poetry recitation, or cultural events.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field.

Certification

: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is often required.

Experience

: Previous teaching experience is preferred.

Skills

: Strong command of the Hindi language, good communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Personal Qualities:

Passionate about teaching Hindi and inspiring students. Patience, creativity, and the ability to work with young learners. Organized and capable of managing classroom activities efficiently.
