# Responsibilities:

1. Teaching:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum.

- Create and update instructional materials, such as worksheets, assignments, and reading materials.

3. Assessment:

- Design and conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and progress.

- Provide constructive feedback on student performance, focusing on areas for improvement.

4. Language Skills Development:

- Foster students' proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi.

- Encourage creative expression through poetry, prose, and drama.

5. Classroom Management:

- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

- Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and active participation among students.

6. Student Support:

- Experience: Previous teaching experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
