Teach English Language & Literature as per the curriculum.
Plan engaging lessons and prepare teaching materials.
Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and class activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Provide feedback and academic support to students.
Participate in PTMs, school events, and academic planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in English (preferred)
B.Ed. mandatory
2-3 years of teaching experience in middle school (preferred)
Strong command over English & effective communication skills
Ability to use creative and technology-based teaching methods
Skills Preferred
Passion for teaching and working with children.
Ability to plan interactive and activity-based lessons.
Familiarity with modern pedagogical practices.
Team-player mindset and willingness to contribute to school initiatives.
