TGT English

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - English to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students effectively in learning the English language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum and CBSE standards. Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through creative teaching strategies. Evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Prepare and update lesson plans and teaching materials regularly. Support and participate in school activities, functions, and events. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress. Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in English or related field (Master's preferred). B.Ed. is mandatory. 3-4 years of teaching experience as a TGT English in a reputed school. Strong command over English grammar, literature, and communication. Good classroom management and student engagement skills. Proficiency in technology-based teaching tools is desirable.
