1. CANDIDATE MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH 1OTH AND ABLE COPE UP WITH THE SCHOOL TIMINGS

2. Subject Knowledge

Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and syntax

Deep understanding of literature (poetry, prose, drama, and novels)

Ability to analyze and interpret texts critically

Familiarity with phonetics, linguistics, and writing styles

Knowledge of curriculum and exam patterns (CBSE)

3. Communication Skills

Clear pronunciation and articulation

Effective classroom communication (explaining ideas simply and engagingly)

Excellent written and spoken English

Skill in public speaking and storytelling

Listening skills to understand students' questions and respond well

4. Teaching Skills

Lesson planning and time management

Ability to use interactive methods (group discussions, role-plays, debates)

Assessment and feedback techniques

Use of visual aids and digital tools (PPTs, smartboards, videos)

Differentiated instruction -- teaching students with varying learning levels

Creating a student-centered classroom environment

5. Digital & Modern Skills

Proficiency in Google Classroom / MS Teams / Smart Class tools

Using educational apps for reading, writing, and grammar

6. Interpersonal & Soft Skills

Patience and empathy towards students

Collaboration with colleagues and parents

Conflict resolution and classroom discipline

Motivating students to read, write, and speak confidently

Adaptability to new teaching methods or curriculum changes

7. Professional Skills

Record keeping, report writing, and academic documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
