We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate students to develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills in English. The teacher will be responsible for planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver well-structured English lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills.
Create lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that encourage student participation.
Assess and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide individualized support and feedback to help students achieve learning goals.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication in the classroom.
Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Uphold school policies, classroom management, and student discipline standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Master's preferred.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
