Teach English to middle school students as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons to develop students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and examination materials.
Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Support slow learners through remedial teaching and enrichment activities.
Coordinate with parents and academic teams regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, trainings, and examination duties.
Maintain academic records and follow school policies and guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in English with B.Ed (mandatory).
Minimum
2-4 years of relevant teaching experience
as a TGT English teacher.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom practices.
Passion for teaching and student development.
