We are seeking a passionate and experienced

TGT English Teacher

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and a demonstrated ability to prepare students for excellence in CBSE Board examinations. They should be bold, dynamic, and committed to fostering a love for literature and language in students.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language and literature to middle and secondary school students. Develop innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Prepare students thoroughly for CBSE Board exams through effective teaching and mentoring. Establish an English-speaking environment that encourages confidence in communication. Implement modern technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with fellow teachers, school management, and parents to ensure the holistic development of students.

Qualifications and Skills:

Master's Degree in English with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification. Proven track record of students achieving excellent results in Board examinations. Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken. Proficient in grammar, literature, and creative writing. Experienced in applying innovative teaching methodologies. Strong classroom management skills with an energetic and motivating presence. Adept at using educational technology and digital platforms.
