As a Secondary School Teacher specializing in English (TGT English), you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics education to primary school students Your role involves creating a positive learning environment, developing lesson plans, and implementing innovative teaching methods to foster students' understanding and enthusiasm for mathematics
Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop age-appropriate mathematics curriculum based on educational standards and guidelines Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities Classroom Instruction: Deliver interactive and engaging mathematics lessons to primary school students Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance learning outcomes Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' understanding of mathematical concepts Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Manage classroom behavior and encourage a culture of respect and cooperation Individualized Support: Identify students who may require additional support in mathematics and provide targeted assistance Collaborate with special education professionals to address individual learning needs Parent-Teacher Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding students' progress and achievements Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss academic performance and address concerns Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends, teaching methodologies, and advancements in mathematics education Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in or facilitate extracurricular activities related to mathematics, such as math clubs or competitions
