Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate

TGT English Teacher

to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English to students of middle and secondary classes as per the curriculum. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet learning objectives. Assess and evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, and activities. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere. Prepare students for examinations and support their academic growth. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and training programs. Maintain accurate student records and progress reports. Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills in students.

Required Skills

Strong command over English language (spoken & written). Effective classroom management abilities. Familiarity with modern teaching methods and digital tools. Patience, empathy, and a student-centric approach. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
