About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated

TGT English Teacher

to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of English language pedagogy, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English language and literature to students as per the school curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments. Create an interactive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain academic records and prepare progress reports. Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs. Encourage students to develop reading, writing, and speaking skills. Maintain discipline and foster positive behavior among students.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong command of English grammar and literature. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to use creative teaching techniques. Good understanding of child psychology and learning needs. Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching (preferred).
