Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and qualified

TGT English Teacher

to teach secondary school students. The right candidate should be capable of teaching English grammar, literature, and communication skills using modern and interactive teaching methods. This role requires dedication to academic excellence and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver well-planned and effective English lessons as per the curriculum Prepare teaching materials, assignments, projects, and exams Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback Maintain academic and behavioral records of students Engage in interactive and activity-based teaching to enhance learning outcomes Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events Promote reading habits, communication skills, and literary appreciation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher (Bachelor's degree and B.Ed preferred) 2-3 years of experience in teaching English, preferably TGT level Excellent command over spoken and written English Strong delivery and classroom management skills Ability to inspire and motivate students
