Salary Range:

?30,000 - ?40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Delivery

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines. Foster language development through reading, writing, listening, and speaking activities. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials. Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance. Maintain an effective and positive learning environment in the classroom.

2. Student Development

Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and confidence in communication. Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support as needed. Maintain discipline, decorum, and student motivation.

3. Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports. Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events. Assist in exam invigilation and other administrative duties assigned by the management.

4. Communication & Coordination

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on student progress. Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities. Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills.

Strong command of English (spoken and written). Effective classroom management and communication skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Adaptability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Basic computer literacy for lesson preparation and reporting
