We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated

TGT English Teacher

to teach middle and secondary school students in Malkipuram, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, proven teaching experience, and the ability to engage students with creative and effective teaching techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to students in Grades 6 to 10 as per CBSE/State Board curriculum. Design and implement engaging lesson plans to improve grammar, literature comprehension, vocabulary, and communication skills. Conduct periodic assessments, exams, and projects to evaluate student performance. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Support students in academic development, remedial sessions, and co-curricular activities. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents. Participate in school events, staff meetings, training programs, and parent-teacher interactions. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and integrate educational technology into lessons.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in English or a related discipline (B.Ed preferred). 2-5 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to manage classroom dynamics and cater to diverse learning needs. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online educational platforms is a plus. Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
