Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English

to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills--especially in writing--and a proven ability to engage and inspire young learners. Candidates with a good academic record and prior teaching experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Teach core language skills--reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication--in a creative and interactive manner. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the prescribed curriculum and school standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes learning, discipline, curiosity, and creativity. Assess and evaluate students' progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations. Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their academic performance and confidence in English. Integrate technology and modern teaching aids into classroom instruction for effective learning. Encourage participation in co-curricular activities like debates, dramatics, elocution, essay competitions, etc.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

MA (English) with

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)

is mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum

3 years of teaching experience

as an English Teacher (preferably at Primary or Middle School level).

Key Skills:

Strong command over written and spoken English. Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills. Ability to design creative teaching methods that make learning engaging.
