Mount Litera Zee Schools seeks a dedicated TGT English Teacher for Classes VI-X to deliver CBSE curriculum, foster language skills, and create an engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE/NCERT syllabus, covering grammar, composition, prose, poetry, and spoken English.? Assess student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and provide feedback; maintain records of attendance and progress.? Organize activities like debates, elocutions, drama, and language labs to enhance communication skills.? Manage classroom discipline, communicate with parents during PTMs, and collaborate with staff for curriculum improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A. English) with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. or equivalent from NCTE-recognized institution.? CTET Paper-II qualification (mandatory for TGT).? Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Hindi knowledge preferred.? 2-5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools desirable.

Skills and Preferences

Compensation

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, typically ?14,900-?35,789 basic pay for TGT in Bihar (plus allowances like DA, HRA), ranging higher in private CBSE schools like Mount Litera Zee.
