We are seeking a qualified and passionate

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and engage students in learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the prescribed curriculum. Develop and implement creative teaching methods to enhance language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. Utilize technology and innovative teaching techniques to improve learning outcomes. Maintain discipline and classroom decorum while ensuring student engagement. Provide individual support and mentorship to students as needed. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in school activities, and contribute to curriculum planning. Prepare students for competitive exams, debates, and literary activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (BA/MA) in English with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.

Skills:

Strong communication, classroom management, and lesson planning skills. Proficiency in English grammar, literature, and creative writing. Ability to integrate technology into teaching. Passion for teaching and a student-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

CTET/State TET qualification (if required by the board). Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum. Involvement in co-curricular activities like dramatics, elocution, and storytelling.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
