Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate TGT English Teacher to join our team at Podar International School, Sangli. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in English or Education with a specialization in English and Social Sciences.
• Have relevant teaching certification or credentials for teaching at the secondary school level.
• Demonstrate previous experience as an English or Social Science teacher in a reputed educational institution.
• Proficient in developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Required skills include expertise in English Faculty, TGT English, and PGT English methodologies.
• Must have the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success in a supportive environment.
• Possess a strong understanding of curriculum guidelines and assessment methods in English and Social Sciences.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in English and Social Sciences.
• Develop lesson plans and examinations that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback through regular testing and consultations with students and parents.
