Job Description

We are inviting applications from

qualified, passionate, and experienced Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)

for the above-mentioned subjects. The ideal candidates should demonstrate

strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to holistic student development

.

Key Responsibilities (Common for All TGTs):

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum Ensure conceptual clarity and age-appropriate pedagogy for middle school learners Assess, evaluate, and document student progress regularly Implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment Participate actively in school academic planning, meetings, and training programs Mentor students and contribute to their academic, emotional, and social development Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns Uphold the school's values, discipline, and professional ethics Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities as required

Subject-Specific Responsibilities:TGT - English

Develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and language proficiency Foster a love for literature and effective communication

TGT - Physics / Chemistry / Biology

Deliver clear conceptual understanding through theory and practical applications Conduct laboratory sessions safely and effectively (for science subjects) Promote scientific inquiry, reasoning, and problem-solving skills

TGT - Social Science

Teach History, Geography, Civics, and Economics with real-world relevance Encourage analytical thinking, civic responsibility, and awareness of social issues

TGT - Physical Education (PET)

Plan and conduct physical education classes and sports activities Promote physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship Organize inter-house and inter-school sports events Ensure safety and proper use of sports equipment

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject B.Ed. (Mandatory) Minimum

2-5 years of teaching experience

at middle school level (preferred) CTET qualification (preferred, where applicable) Strong command over English communication skills
