Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in English to join our educational institution in Osmanabad, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum for higher grades

• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials that support diverse learning styles

• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support academic improvement

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes

• Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and academic planning

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English (B.A. English) or equivalent

• B.Ed. qualification with a focus on English or secondary education

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school setting

• Strong command of spoken and written English

• Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students effectively

• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and assessment
