Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

for English to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to middle and secondary school students, fostering a love for reading, writing, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum guidelines. Develop lesson plans that meet learning objectives and cater to varied learning styles. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and literature. Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and projects; maintain records and provide feedback. Encourage student participation and creativity through classroom discussions and activities. Prepare students for internal and external assessments. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall academic environment. Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field (Master's Degree preferred). B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 2 to 4 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level. Excellent command over spoken and written English. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum (as applicable).

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms. Creative teaching methods and activity-based learning approaches. Ability to handle school-related administrative tasks related to academics.
