Curriculum Delivery:

Teaching English language and literature to students in middle and secondary school, aligning with the curriculum standards.

Lesson Planning & Execution:

Developing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons, utilizing various teaching methods and resources to enhance students' language skills.

Assessment & Feedback:

Regularly assessing student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Classroom Management:

Maintaining a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to ensure effective communication and a positive learning environment.

Professional Development:

Staying updated with current educational practices and participating in professional development activities.
Specific Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, along with a teaching certification (B.Ed.).

Language Proficiency:

Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
