? Managing classroom activities and student behaviour. ? Assist in designing a complete teaching plan. ? Follow the teaching plan. ? Help the students in the classroom activities. ? Use and organise learning material and resources. ? Motivate the children to participate in every activity. ? Regularly communicate with parents. ? Evaluate children's performance and progress. ? Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations. ? Preparing Monthly Planners, Weekly Planners, DLM Daily Learning Movements. ? Attending professional development classes and programs. ? Preparing progress reports, report cards and student evaluations. ? Assessing students' abilities and development. ? Implementing activities to stimulate student learning. ? Understanding and using educational technology from laptops to smart boards, classrooms are increasingly turning to technology to enhance students' learning experience. ? Ability to adopt diverse teaching methods ? Pursue professional development opportunities ? Willingness to work outside of the classroom to help students build academic skills. ? Conduct Parents Teacher Meetings ? IQ Panel Management, Google Classrooms, Google docs, Sheets etc
