Graduate/Postgraduate in English (B.A/M.A in English).
B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Experience in a CBSE school is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English to high school students as per the CBSE curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons to develop reading, writing, and communication skills.
Prepare students for board exams with structured assessments and practice sessions.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Organize literary activities such as debates, elocutions, and essay writing.
Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
Skills Required:
Strong command of the English language.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Experience with CBSE syllabus, lesson planning, and assessment strategies.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
