We are seeking an experienced and passionate TGT in English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social science education and a commitment to nurturing students' critical thinking and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Deliver high-quality instruction in English. Assess and evaluate students' progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and projects. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and intellectual curiosity. Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavioral issues. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and teaching strategies. Contribute to school activities and committees as needed.

Qualifications:

Masters in English from a recognized university. Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) , CTET Proven experience as an English teacher. Strong knowledge of subject and current educational practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with diverse student populations and ability to address different learning styles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle classroom management effectively. Ability to integrate technology into teaching practices.
