Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and literature. Develop lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects. Encourage students to participate in debates, elocution, and literary activities. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning. Prepare students for board examinations and other academic assessments. Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and extracurricular programs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in English or related field (mandatory). B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory). Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at middle/secondary level preferred. Strong command of English language and literature. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to use digital tools and e-learning platforms.

Pay: ₹10,407.97 - ₹36,698.44 per month
