Job Responsibilities

Teach Computer Science and Information Technology subjects across assigned classes (Primary, Middle, and/or Senior level as per requirement). Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board as applicable). Train students in theoretical as well as practical aspects of computer education, including: Basics of computers & MS Office Programming languages (C/C++, Java, Python, etc.) Internet & digital literacy Multimedia tools and emerging technologies Manage computer lab sessions, ensuring proper use and maintenance of systems. Design and assess assignments, projects, and examinations. Guide students in inter-school IT competitions, exhibitions, and practical projects. Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies, including smart classes and digital resources. Maintain discipline, academic progress records, and foster a positive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications (BCA/MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/IT, or equivalent). B.Ed. preferred (mandatory for senior classes as per CBSE norms). Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in computers and programming. Good communication and classroom management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students with creative teaching methods. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
