Instruction:
Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction using varied methods (lectures, projects, coding) to develop student confidence and critical thinking.
Assessment:
Evaluate assignments, projects, and exams, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
Lab Management:
Maintain a safe, functional computer lab, manage software/hardware, and ensure proper functioning.
Student Support:
Mentor students, guide research/projects, provide individualized support, and encourage extracurricular tech activities.
Collaboration:
Work with colleagues, participate in departmental meetings, and communicate with parents about student performance.
Professional Development:
Stay current with new technologies and teaching methods.
