We are currently seeking experienced and qualified computer Science Teachers to join our esteemed CBSE-affiliated school in Shillong, Meghalaya. The positions available include both Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) roles. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in shaping the academic experience for our students and contributing to the school\'s commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Curriculum Development: Design and implement an engaging and up-to-date computer science curriculum in accordance with CBSE guidelines, integrating modern pedagogical approaches and technological advancements.

• 2. Classroom Instruction: Deliver high-quality and interactive computer science lessons to students, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for the subject.

• 3. Assessment and Evaluation: Implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate students\' progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

• 4. Lab Management: Oversee the computer science laboratory, ensuring it is well-equipped, organized, and conducive to practical learning experiences.

• 5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in computer science and technology, integrating relevant advancements into the curriculum to provide students with a cutting-edge education.

• 6. Extracurricular Involvement: Encourage and facilitate students\' participation in computer science-related extracurricular activities, such as coding clubs, hackathons, and other relevant events.

• 7. Parental Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on students\' progress and addressing any concerns or queries.

• 8. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in the computer science department and across disciplines to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities.

Qualifications and requirements:

• For PGT: Post Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. CBSE teaching experience is preferred.
• For TGT: Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and computer science concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
