We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
TFCM Associate
In this role, you will:
Delivering cost analysis and modelling to inform commercial strategy and initiatives.
Assisting in the scheduling and management of rate negotiations with relevant Trading Facilities.
Reviewing and validating proposals from Trading for access to new Trading Facilities.
Supporting the enablement of new Trading Facilities, ensuring all associated risks are identified and addressed.
Assisting with the management and documentation of brokerage fee data.
Designing and implementing new controls for data management within new applications.
Liaising with the Operations team to resolve queries related to invoice payments.
Providing support on Third Party Risk Management queries concerning Trading Facilities.
Engaging with Banking Relationship Managers to address queries related to Trading Facilities.
Assisting in the maintenance of the global inventory of all Trading Facilities relationships.
To be successful you will
Demonstrated understanding of brokers, brokerage operations, and trading venues.
Strong interest in Global Markets, across asset classes and regions.
Proficiency in Fixed Income products is highly advantageous.
Proven experience in operations or middle office functions, particularly relating to the lifecycle of financial transactions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working within small teams.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
Robust analytical skills, complemented by a forward-thinking mindset.
