Job Description

Manage end-to-end operations of the Exclusive Brand Outlet to achieve sales and profitability targets. Drive store sales through effective customer engagement, visual merchandising, and promotions. Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer queries or complaints promptly. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy. Implement company SOPs related to store operations, billing, cash handling, and reporting. Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance levels. Monitor daily sales, prepare MIS reports, and analyze performance against targets. Coordinate with HO on merchandising, pricing, offers, and seasonal launches. Ensure proper visual merchandising as per brand guidelines and seasonal themes. Maintain store hygiene, safety, and compliance with statutory and company norms. Handle local marketing activities and build strong customer relationships. Ensure adherence to loss prevention, audit, and operational compliance standards.
