Key Responsibilities :
Lead & Relationship Management:
Proactively manage a high volume of qualified leads via email. Draft and send professional, persuasive emails to effectively convey product value and build customer confidence.
Product & Quotation Management:
Provide accurate and detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, and manufacturing timelines. Prepare and present formal quotations, ensuring all terms are clearly articulated.
Order Conversion & Negotiation:
Nurture client interest and move leads through the sales pipeline. Address queries promptly, negotiate terms, and finalize deals to secure orders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal departments such as production, design, and logistics to ensure client requirements are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in sales, merchandising, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the textile, fashion, or export industry.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Communication:
Exceptional written communication skills are a must
, with a proven ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive emails.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
