Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect garments at every stage: cutting, stitching, bundling, finishing, etc. Ensure garments meet quality standards for stitching, design accuracy, logo placement, and sizing. Prevent any defective products from being dispatched. Conduct fabric quality checks (shrinkage, color bleeding) before production. Appoint, train, and supervise assistant quality staff for each department. Monitor daily quality reports from team members.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in garment quality control. Prior work in the

sportswear or activewear

industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with multiple garment styles like t-shirts, track suits, jerseys, trousers, etc. Educational background in

Textiles (B.Sc.)

or from

NIFT

will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
