Textile Quality Controller
Job Responsibilities

- Oversee knitting panel checking, production line quality control, final checking, and sampling quality control.

- Inspect and review reports from all quality control sections.

- Ensure raw materials meet quality standards and specifications with merchandisers during in-housing.

- Inspect quality of in-housed trims and accessories before production and sampling.

- Oversee inspection process for compliance with quality standards.

- Organize pre-production and post-production meetings.

- Conduct random manual quality checks in every department.

- Provide feedback and plan frequent departmental meetings.

- Collect and analyze quality data for reports and insights for management review.

- Regularly update and document quality-related reports in the system.

- Identify and analyze process problems, provide solutions, and prevent recurrence.

- Ensure Final Checking stage meets AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
