Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team in the Textile Machinery Industry. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and an in-depth understanding of textile manufacturing processes and machinery. The ideal candidate will drive sales, expand the customer base, and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events. Identify potential clients and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Promote and sell textile machinery products to textile manufacturers, dealers, and distributors.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Regularly visit clients to gather feedback and offer solutions based on their needs.

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

Gain deep knowledge of our textile machinery products and their applications in the manufacturing process. Serve as the subject matter expert during client interactions and product demonstrations.

Sales Reporting:

Track and report on sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager or Director.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Technical knowledge of textile machinery or a similar industry is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the textile machinery or manufacturing sector. Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits to clients. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
