Job Role

We are looking for a Textile Engineer to support and monitor production operations. The candidate will oversee labour, ensure smooth production processes, provide technical support on the shop floor, and report daily production activities to the Production Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day textile production activities on the shop floor Supervise labour and ensure productivity, discipline, and safety compliance Ensure adherence to production standards and quality parameters Provide technical support for resolving production-related issues Maintain and update daily production reports and documentation Coordinate with Production Manager for production planning and execution Support continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives

Preferred Technical Expertise

Candidates having working experience or technical knowledge in

Technical Textile Manufacturing Processes

such as:

Beaming

Knitting

Coating

Skills Required

Knowledge of textile and technical textile processes Leadership and communication skills Problem-solving approach Willingness to work in factory environment
