Shift Supervisor - Textile Production

Location: Dadra, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

Industry: Industrial/Technical Textiles

Employment Type: Permanent, Rotational Shifts

We're looking for a motivated Shift Supervisor to oversee production activities in our textile operations. This role is ideal for Textile Engineering graduates looking to gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise production activities during assigned shifts.

- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

- Monitor machinery performance and report issues promptly.

- Train and guide operators on best practices.

- Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.

- Collaborate with other shifts for seamless production flow.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Engineering.

- Trainee/Internship experience (6-12 months) or Fresher.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience

- Internship or academic exposure in industrial or technical textiles.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
