Position: Textile Designer cum Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Source, Manage, or develop

trendy, high-quality fabric prints

suitable for the Indian market Coordinate with printing units for

custom fabric printing

(screen/digital/block) Interact with

retailers, boutique owners, wholesalers, and online buyers

to generate orders Create and share product

catalogs via WhatsApp/Instagram

Handle

day-to-day business decisions

including sampling, client meetings, and dispatch coordination Represent the brand in

B2B trade fairs, exhibitions

, and marketplace events

Skills Required

Sound knowledge of

fabric types, color trends, and print patterns

Ability to understand market demand and

create commercially viable designs

Excellent

communication skills

in Hindi and English Basic design tool knowledge (Canva / Photoshop preferred) WhatsApp Business, Email, and Social Media handling (Optional) Strong

sales instinct and follow-up discipline

What is your Expected Salary? Have you ever dealt with B2B buyers such as wholesalers, exporters, or manufacturers? Can you build and maintain a buyer database and follow up for repeat orders? Can you coordinate fabric orders through all stages -- grey sourcing, dyeing, printing, finishing? Can you manage complete Production? How do you ensure timely deliveries and maintain quality consistency in bulk orders? Can you lead a small team, guide helpers, and manage end-to-end operations independently? Do you have contacts with Digital/Screen/Rotary Printers? Are you comfortable visiting Sanganer or Bagru units to develop samples? Are you experienced in trade fairs (like CMAI / JKMA) or online selling platforms? Are you familiar with maintaining production charts, order records, and basic GST billing (accountant support will be there)? Can you identify and curate market-friendly prints suitable for Jaipur Kurti, Coord Sets, or Dress Materials?
