Role Overview
We are seeking a Textile Designer with a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and an interest in home decor. The ideal candidate is someone who approaches work with a balanced mindset -- creative, reliable, and comfortable adapting within a team as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop patterns for rugs, carpets, cushions, table linen, and related products
Create CADs, repeats, color palettes, and production-ready artwork
Research materials, textures, and trends to enhance collections
Collaborate with sampling & production teams for execution accuracy
Maintain design references, library, and seasonal concepts
Contribute ideas to improve products and processes
What We're Looking For
Strong creative eye and understanding of color, pattern, and texture
Experience in home textiles or surface design (preferred)
Proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop or similar design tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet timelines
Someone who works well with others and brings a steady, positive approach to daily work
A portfolio that reflects your design style and process
