About the Role

ITRC Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a leading organization in the field of skill development and assessments, is inviting applications for Freelance Textile Assessors under various Government and Industry-led projects.

The role involves conducting fair and transparent assessments of candidates trained in Textile and related sub-sectors, ensuring quality and compliance as per NSQF and Sector Skill Council (SSC) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct skill assessments of trainees in Textile and related trades.

Evaluate both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Ensure assessments are conducted as per guidelines and within timelines.

Submit accurate and timely reports with required documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Recognized Degree or Diploma (minimum 3 years) in Textile sector, sub-sectors, or related trades.

Experience:

Minimum total of 5 years combined qualification and experience in the Textile sector.

Example: 3-year Diploma + 2 years of experience OR 4-year Degree + 1 year of experience.

Special Note:

Assessors already approved by Textile-related Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) are eligible for accreditation under the same scope and need to attend only the Training of Assessors (ToA).

Others are required to attend both ToA and CEP organized by RSA.

For Traditional Sectors (e.g., Handicrafts):

Minimum 10 years of production or field experience in the relevant trade will be accepted in lieu of formal education.
