Brief description of the role::

This role will support Director-Total rewards for India. The position is also responsible for supporting the implementation of specific components of complex compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines.

Primary accountabilities:

Support to Lead Total Rewards:
- Enabling design and delivery of the pay and bonus review in accordance with Total Rewards Strategy and specific service line requirements

- Benchmark, analyze and interpret market data, develop pay ranges and salary/bonus modelling in accordance with the Total Rewards strategy and specific requirements of the business area. Making key contributions by drawing conclusions and sound recommendations through informed design

- Support the annual compensation processes in collaboration with global counterparts

- Manage aspects of the employee benefits program including health and welfare plans, life insurance, and any other employee benefit plans offered.

- Reward market data analysis - experience of submitting data to salary surveys and analyzing outputs. Previous experience of the following surveys would be desirable, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Hewitt.

- Ensure the delivery of wider total rewards\' agenda projects and any ad hoc reward projects

- Keeping abreast of regulatory and reward trends, practices, and insights to inform the total reward agenda

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate with Minimum 10 years of work experience in Human Resources with at least 4 to 5 years in Total Rewards

- Successful track record in contributing to the Total Rewards strategy and execution, preferably in a large and complex organization

Knowledge and skills:

- Good technical skills e.g., Excel, Success Factors/SAP HR, Reward Systems, MS PowerPoint, Management Information systems and use of statistical analysis

- Advanced Excel - Experience of working with multiple data sets, reporting and analytics with strong data visualization skills, assimilating high volumes of reward data

- Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy in the delivery of high-quality outputs

- Working well under pressure, to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities, being able to manage and meet the expectations of multiple stakeholders at once

- Building and maintaining credible and productive working relationships, and demonstrating strong communication skills in the delivery of work outputs
