Key Responsibilities:- Visit industries, workshops, and OEMs to generate leads and promote products.- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their engineering needs.- Conduct product demos and technical discussions at customer locations.- Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and samples as required.- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.- Work closely with the sales and design teams to support customized solutions.- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meets.- Maintain a record of visits, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting formats.- Achieve monthly targets related to visits, inquiries, and conversions.Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or technical sales in engineering/manufacturing sector.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong knowledge of hydraulic components and applications is an advantage.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
