Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated

Software Testing Trainer

with 0-2 years of experience to deliver engaging training sessions on

Manual and Automation Testing

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing concepts, good practical knowledge of tools, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on

Manual Testing

and

Automation Testing

(e.g., Selenium, TestNG, etc.). Design and deliver customized training content, presentations, and hands-on exercises. Provide practical demonstrations and real-time examples to simplify complex concepts. Prepare training schedules, materials, and assessments. Assess trainee performance, give feedback, and support learning improvement. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and help students with project guidance when required. Adapt teaching methods to suit individual and group learning styles.

Key Skills Required:

Strong foundation in

Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

and

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

. Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of:

Manual Testing

techniques, test case writing, bug tracking, etc.

Automation Testing

using tools like

Selenium WebDriver

,

TestNG

,

JUnit

, etc. Basic scripting/programming knowledge in

Java

or

Python

(preferred). Familiarity with defect tracking tools like

JIRA

or

Bugzilla

. Excellent

communication

,

presentation

, and

interpersonal

skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Qualifications:

BE or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certification in software testing (ISTQB or similar) is a plus. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or tutoring is an added advantage (even if informal or academic).
