Qualification BE (Electronics/E&TC/Electrical) Domain Testing SupportPrimary Skill BCM, IC testing-validation Relevant Experience 8 - 10 Years The selected consultant will be required to support for:To support in me chatronics system functionality testing & analysis for resolution. To support in vehicle level validation of all electronics/electrical system & Vehicle diagnostic for DTC analysis To prepare test plan with robust test cases identification as per Customer usage To identify issue /root cause analysis / Data analysis/ resolution and proper report generation, To take initiatives in benchmar king of new systems, trends in technology/feature study, demonstration on vehicle, To support system benchmarking, requirement gene ration, DVP/test cases identification, test plan creation and execution To perform CAN data log analysis & resolution, validation report, benchmarking reports with data analysis , To support in vehicle level validation, supplier interaction with RAC & resolution,Adherence to project time lines & quality deliverables,To support in automotive application, vehicle level validation of ECU, a rchitecture understanding of ECUs- BCM & To test of Automotive vehicle electronics, ECU (BCM/PEPS/IC/external features etc.) ba sed testing-development, vehicle diagnostic for DTC data analysis. Preferred Skills & Knowledge - Expertise in BCM, IC testing-va lidation on vehicle level CAN data analysis& resolution,Special expertise in validation & testing of Infotainment system, BCM (B ody Control Module), switches and Navigation system. Expertise in vehicle level electrical component testing as alternator-battery system, wiring harness. Benchmarking & analytical skills for recommendation in execution strategies. Hand on CAN based instrum entation, interaction with different tools for testing & validation
