Qualification- ITI in Electrical/Diploma in electrical

Experience Req.- 2-3 years of testing operator

Freshers can also apply but ITI /Diploma in electrical seroius candidate

Set up and operate CT/PT testing equipment:

This includes connecting the equipment to the transformers, ensuring proper setup and calibration, and following safety procedures.

Conduct various tests:

These tests may include ratio, polarity, excitation, and burden tests, as well as winding resistance measurements.

Analyze test results:

Compare the readings with manufacturer specifications and industry standards to identify any discrepancies or deviations.

Document and report findings:

Record all test results, analyze the data, and report any issues or potential problems to the relevant personnel.

Maintain testing equipment:

Ensure the equipment is in good working order and calibrated regularly.

Ensure safety:

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during testing.

Troubleshoot and repair:

Assist in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of transformer issues and potentially perform minor repairs.
Required Skills :

Technical knowledge:

Understanding of electrical principles, transformers (CTs and PTs), and testing equipment.

Testing procedures:

Knowledge of various CT/PT testing methods and procedures.

Data analysis:

Ability to analyze test results and identify deviations from acceptable standards.

Troubleshooting skills:

Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with CT/PTs and testing equipment.

Safety awareness:

Understanding of safety procedures and protocols related to electrical testing.

Attention to detail:

Ability to perform tests accurately and meticulously.

Communication skills:

Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
