Manage the development and supply of test procedures, facilities and tools for RS sites and depots Ensure that test procedures and tools configuration are managed during the project lifecycle Define the Standard Operating Procedures with reference time and monitor deviations Continuously optimizing SOP\'s. Implement REX (Return of Experience) from Test & Commissioning phase of the project. Ensure Interface and perfect working relationship with engineering project team, Site Industrial, Warranty Implementation team, Site Logistics and Industrial Support to Warranty teams, Quality, Site Validation team. Support the T&C Operations team, for the implementation and execution of the Testing Procedures. Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices pointed out at group level. Ensures T&C procedures comply with EHS Policy and Site EHS Management System Participates in EHS activities on shop floor. Ensure all the tools and instruments used in routine testing activities are valid and properly calibrated. Manage smooth material movement and ensure corresponding documentation such as Calibration Certificates, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, and Invoices. Monitor consumables and always maintain enough to avoid shortage of materials. Need to interact with Internal and External stakeholders to create RFQ (Request for Quotation), Negotiate price, Release Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders, and close pending payments. Work in SAP Tools such as Ariba, and P2P Basware to initiate, track orders, and close GRN for invoicing. Maintain Digital records of documents for better tracking and usability. Support Methods team in writing technical procedures for accepted test cases adhering to rolling stock standards. Ability to learn and constantly improve existing operations and processes. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years\' experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation Fluent in English language. Educational Requirements: Minimum license degree in engineering or equivalent Desirable: Good knowledge in IT tools and smart devices Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS requirements Competencies & Skills: Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains Understanding of Lean approach for Industrialization Result-driven mindset Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial functions ) Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment Ability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment Team spirit approach and good communication skills Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow\'s mobility.
