Strong knowledge of electronic components, devices, drawings, specifications.
Define specifications, requirements, drawings for jigs / fixtures / equipment / machines required for the product line.
Training of operators on assembly process, testing and other processes.
Design, Modify, Testing of equipment, Test Setups, Fixtures and investigation, resolution
Create process flows, process requirements (jigs, fixtures, equipments, machines, consumables etc.), and manufacturing
work instruction for product.
Interact with SCM on manufacturing readiness, facility requirements, having knowledge on installation, verification, validation
of all items required for setting up the product line
Perform capacity analysis for equipment, resources to meet production volumes planned. .
Circuit card Level analysis and address the issue permanently by involve all the CFT team including customer and supplier.
Knowledge on Test Software like LabVIEW, C++.Linux, Visual Basic Python etcxe2x80xa6
Knowledge on the communication protocol like I2C, SPI, CAN, Serial Communication.
Investigate, analyze, work for resolutions to problems for processes, product nonconformance.
Key member in driving root cause, corrective action using QCPC/ 8D process or other RRCA tools.
Exposure to VSM, Standard work, Cell design, TPM. 3P etc..
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or issues within production lines and recommend improvements.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve process quality.
Select and evaluate suitable machines, tools, and equipment required for production processes.
Perform machine maintenance: Develop maintenance schedules and machines are maintained to prevent downtime.
Experience in Process validation, qualification, testing and ensure processes are capable of producing products that meet
quality standards.
Cost reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives such as process optimizations, energy efficiency, or material
savings etc.
Coordination with production, quality, planning for production schedules, processes, and needs with shop floor staff to ensure
smooth operations with no manufacturing issues.
Supplier interactions Interact with SQE to get RRCA and corrective actions for material defects etc
Ensuring safety regulations: Implement and maintain safety standards, ensuring that production environments comply with
relevant safety regulations.
Safety training: Provide training and guidance to the workforce on best practices for operating equipment and maintain
safe workplace.
Using data to improve processes: Analyze production data, such as cycle times, defect rates, and yield, to identify areas for
improvement.
Reporting and documentation: Prepare reports on key metrices, process improvements etc. .
Training production staff: Provide training on new equipment, technologies, and processes.
Perform capacity analysis to define the resources required for meeting customer demand volumes.
Knowledge on PFMEA. Control Plan, PPAP, MPR, ZDP, MSA, SPC, R&R, AS9100, ASTM, MIL Standards.
Strong knowledge of Electronic Devices, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Strong knowledge function ATE, thermal chambers, HIPOT, Programming,
Develops designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, conferring with equipment vendors.
Create process flows, process requirements (jigs, fixtures, equipments, machines, consumables etc.), and manufacturing
work instruction for product.
Co-ordinate with Supply Chain to identify procurement sources, interact with vendors for the procurement, installation
verification, and validation of all items required for setting up the product line

Knowledge on the communication protocol like I2C, SPI, CAN, Serial Communication.Work ExperienceKey Qualification:
Bachelor in Electronics and Communication / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum 7+ Year experience.
Strong knowledge of Electronic Devices, drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Experience in Testing Fixture / Equipment development and machine and debugging.
Experience in Circuit Card debugging and Analysis.
Awareness of Lean manufacturing and implementation tools is added advantage.
Familiar with manufacturing and Procedures, process quality, technical Information is added advantage.
RRCA, 8D, SPC, MSA, R&R, MPR, ZDP, PPAP,AS9100, ASTM, MIL, IPC standards et.c
Knowledge on CO Process, Exposure to SAP and Team Center.
Ability to Read the Blueprint, Technical writing, Manufacturing tool design, Industrial or occupational safety.
Good communication skills.
Report writing/ Strong Quality mindset and exposure to Quality tools/Lean manufacturing.Other Requisites:
Position involves working in shifts (First, Second, Third)
Knowledge on MS office, etc.
