Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional, performance, and safety testing on electrical systems or devices. Assist in developing and executing test plans, procedures, and reports. Work with engineering teams to understand system specifications and testing requirements. Conduct manual and automated testing of electrical components, systems, or embedded devices. Document test results, anomalies, and help in root-cause analysis of failures. Operate electrical test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, etc. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality policies. Support product certification processes (e.g., CE, IEC, UL testing) as needed. Assist in debugging hardware and software issues alongside R&D teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Electrical Engineering

, Electronics, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in testing, QA, or relevant engineering internships. Basic understanding of electrical/electronic circuits and testing methodologies. Familiarity with lab instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Knowledge of embedded systems or microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, PIC, STM32). Exposure to testing tools and environments such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, or PLCs. Awareness of safety standards and testing compliance (IEC, ISO, etc.). Familiarity with software or firmware testing is a plus.
