Job Description

We are looking for a

Transformer Testing Engineer

to carry out electrical and high-voltage testing of power and distribution transformers in accordance with applicable standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine, type, and special tests on transformers Conduct electrical tests such as TTR, winding resistance, IR, tan delta, impedance, no-load and load loss tests Carry out high-voltage tests including applied and induced voltage tests Assist in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) Analyze test results and identify non-conformities Prepare test reports and technical documentation Ensure compliance with IEC / IEEE / IS standards Follow safety procedures during high-voltage testing Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
Required Skills

Knowledge of transformer testing methods and standards Experience with transformer testing equipment Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong documentation and reporting skills Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Experience

Prior experience in transformer manufacturing, testing, or commissioning is an advantage

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
