Job Description

:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Testing and Calibration Engineer to ensure the accuracy, performance, and compliance of instruments and equipment through testing and calibration procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing test protocols, performing calibrations, analysing data, and supporting product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform calibration and testing of PCBs and equipment.

Document, and maintain test methods and calibration procedures.

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues related to product performance or measurement variations.

Maintain calibration records and ensure timely recalibration of equipment's.

Support product development by testing prototypes and verifying product specifications.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product performance.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Participate in internal and external audits as needed.

Assist in the development of automated test setups and data acquisition systems.

Provide technical support and training on testing and calibration procedures.

Willing and ready to work in any department as per organisational requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes (CRO), measuring instruments, power supplies, and other diagnostic tools.

Familiarity with standards like ISO9001:2015/ ISO13485:2016

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

ITI (electronics, electrical)

Diploma (Electronics & Telecommunication, Medical electronics, Electrical engineering)
